Support Coordination helps NDIS participants to get the most out of your plan and reach your goals. Support Coordination is known as “capacity building” support because it is designed to give you the skills and confidence to implement your plan more independently in the future.

How can a Support Coordinator help me?

A Support Coordinator will work with you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and connect you with community, mainstream and government services. We can support you to negotiate with providers about the services that they offer and the costs of those services.

Support Coordinators are here to help you to get the most out of your NDIS plan management program by working out the best ways to use your NDIS funding to meet your goals. A Support Coordinator’s role is to support and educate you so that you can build your capacity to manage your plan in the future.
