The disability landscape can be difficult for individuals and families to understand and can present many challenges. We're here to help NDIS participants overcome these challenges and build their capacity to get the most out of their plan.

As the CEO of InFocus and our sister organisation Xavier, I am passionate about supporting our stakeholders, workforce and most importantly individuals and families accessing the NDIS. I possess substantial experience in the community care sector. Prior to joining InFocus, I worked with Centacare Brisbane and Southern Cross Care Qld.

I joined InFocus in 2013 and have been the Chief Financial Officer since 2015. I am a qualified CPA with a mix of Finance and Information system skills and experience across different industries. I am responsible for Finance, IT, Sales and Procurement services.

At InFocus, my role is to support the team to work closely with families to ensure that those with a disability have a choice and independence.

I have been working in the Community and Disability services sector for more years than I’d like to say!  I am so lucky to have had a broad range of roles across these diverse areas and to have worked with many wonderful clients and families over the years.

I am passionate about ensuring we provide individualised services tailored specifically for each person to help children, young adults and their families achieve their goals.

It’s an exciting time as we assist families with their transition to the NDIS supporting their choice and control.

I have qualifications in Social Science, Management and Residential Care but more importantly, the knowledge provided to me by so many generous people with disabilities and their families that I have had and continue to have the privilege of working with.

I joined InFocus back in 2017 as Plan Manager assisting participants/customers funded by the NDIS to achieve their goals. What I love about this role is that it helps to relieve customers of the administration burden of processing invoices and payments and that takes away a lot of stress for them.

My experience before InFocus includes working in various industries from not-for-profit to private companies in digital web design, photography and mining.

I really enjoy being a part of the InFocus team who are so passionate about assisting participants/customers that we work and hearing from them that they are achieving their goals.

Hello everyone, my name is Emily and I am a Plan Management Administrator for InFocus.

Prior to joining the InFocus team, I studied Psychology in Canada and held a variety of roles in the education sector in Japan. Since moving to Australia, in addition to my current role, I have been an administrator in Risk and Assurance and was responsible for child safety, group insurance, WHS, governance, and legal matters.

My current role is to support families by looking after their NDIS funding. Our Plan Management team provides flexible support to our clients so the responsibilities of being a NDIS participant does not interfere with their daily lives. I enjoy assisting our clients in navigating the often complex NDIS system so they can meet their unique personal goals.

I feel incredibly fulfilled in being a part of such a friendly and hardworking team that is dedicated to supporting our clients and their families. I am looking forward to being a part of the growth of our clients and hope to continue to develop with InFocus.

Hi, I'm Amanda. I joined the InFocus team in 2019 as Administrator with the Plan Management team.  My role includes NDIS claims processing and accounts payable duties as well as supporting NDIS participants by providing information on how their funding packages can best be used to support their lives.

I have experience in PA and Administration positions in private enterprise and the education sector and 10 years ago made a conscious decision to move into the NFP sector where I have worked ever since.  I also have experience as a support worker in the disability sector.

I enjoy working for InFocus because it is a community-focussed organisation and my work contributes to the goals and independence of the clients that we manage.
