I have worked at InFocus since 2007 across various roles including Keyworker, Support Worker Coordinator and more recently since 2018 as NDIS Support Coordinator. Prior to joining InFocus I worked as a Child Safety Officer with the Department of Child Safety in regional North Queensland. I have a Bachelor of Arts – Psychology and Linguistics and graduate qualifications in Human Services. I’m passionate about assisting NDIS participants to understand how to navigate NDIA processes and supporting people of all ages with a disability to achieve the best possible outcomes towards a better quality of life.

I am Mini, an NDIS Support Coordinator for InFocus. I completed my Social Work degree from India and also did a couple of certificate courses in Australia. I have extensive experience in disability and Mental Health sector as Support Worker, Wellbeing Officer, NDIS Support Coordinator and NDIS Local Area Coordinator. I moved to InFocus in 2020 and thoroughly enjoy being part of this team.  Before joining InFocus I worked as a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) where I gained extensive NDIS knowledge. Being an NDIS Support Coordinator I am responsible for supporting NDIS participants, and their families and carers to gain a better understanding of the NDIS and assist them to have choice and control in their lives. I work closely with participants and their families to build their confidence and strengths.

I joined InFocus in 2022 as a Support Coordinator. I first started my journey as an Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma of Children Services. I furthered my studies with a Bachelor of Human Services. I started my career in disability as a Support Worker helping children, adults and families with diverse cultural backgrounds as I specialised in Vietnamese families.

I am proud to be a part of InFocus where, as a team, we engage in the ongoing process of improvement to gain extensive knowledge of the NDIS. I am responsible for making sure participants have the capacity to navigate their journey with the NDIS. Providing them with choice and control to make informed decisions that impact their development, relationships, goals and everyday life.

I joined InFocus in 2022 as an NDIS Support Coordinator. I am graduate of a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Masters of Counselling. I started working in the disability industry after graduation and have been supporting individuals with complex needs to build capacity and achieve their goals.

Prior to joining InFocus, I have been in a leadership role at front-line support service delivery, where I gained extensive NDIS knowledge and experience of liaising with a wide range of service providers. Coming from a counselling background, my professional skills have assisted me in my ability to maximise communication outcomes and develop rapport with participants, families, and service providers. As a Support Coordinator, I am always committed to supporting my participants to reach their goals.
