When you are Plan Managed with InFocus the Careview Advantage App provides you with important information about your NDIS plan at your fingertips.

The app gives you a better understanding of your NDIS funding and how it’s used. All of the funding information that is managed by InFocus will display in your Careview Advantage app. The information is displayed in real time so it’s always up to date. All you need is a device, an internet connection, your NDIS number (which is your username) and you can view the following information:

• All invoices, which can then be actioned
• Monthly activity summaries which are clear yet comprehensive
• All funding, both claimed and remaining
• Your supports, both delivered and undelivered, and sorted by NDIS category

The Features of Careview Advantage

The following features help you to manage and track your NDIS funds:

1. Funding Summary – This shows a summary of your managed funding. Funding information is broken down into the following categories:
   • Total amount
   • Total remaining
   • Total claimed

2. Plan Budgets – This displays the NDIS categories which are being managed by your provider. The information displayed is broken down in a similar way to the funding tab, showing:
   • Budget total
   • Remaining total
   • Claimed total
     
     
3. Services – Displays the NDIS support items which have been associated to their Service Contracts. This makes it easier for you to understand how your services are being delivered and to track each item. This tab shows users:

• • The percentage of the service delivered
  • Time elapsed since the start of the service contract
  • The service shown in percentages of delivered and remaining amounts
  • Delivery tracking
    
    

4. Summary – This provides monthly breakdowns of the services that have been delivered.
