Ashley has been a client with InFocus for almost two years and is supported by Greer, one of our wonderful Support Coordinators to help him achieve his personal and NDIS goals.
One of Ashley’s goals is to get out and about and make new friends and this year he’s smashed that goal! Ashley attends a day program in Ipswich where he has made lots of new friends and met his girlfriend Di (pictured with Ashley).
Ashley initially started attending the day program in Ipswich one day a week but he enjoyed it so much that he now goes three times a week. He loves being part of a group, and the group often decide together what to do each day. They might go bowling, out for lunch or enjoy in-centre activities together.
On the weekends, Ashley and Di spend some more time together.
Ashley has also achieved a few other important goals with the help of InFocus:

We asked Ashley what support from InFocus means to him and here’s what he had to say:
‘Greer helps me to reach my goals and I appreciate her good support.’
