Trusting a provider to manage your NDIS financial admin is an important decision. You should know who any potential providers are and what they can bring to the table to help you to get the most out of your NDIS funds.

With this in mind, we’ve put together a list of 8 things you might not know about InFocus Plan Management so that you can understand us a little better!

  1. Over 70 years in disability – through our sister organisation Xavier we’ve been providing disability support services in Brisbane since 1949. Xavier first supported children impacted by polio in the years following the second world war and have been supporting children and young people with complex disability ever since.

  2. 100% Brisbane-based – our team is 100% Brisbane based. We are locals supporting locals to get the most out of their NDIS plans.

  3. Small but mighty – our team is small but we are mighty! We love our small team because it means that we are close knit and we can provide personalised service. We know our clients, to us you are not just a number!

  4. Plan Managing since 2017 – The new InFocus brand officially launched in 2020, however, through our sister organisation Xavier, we have been supporting NDIS participants with Plan Management since the NDIS rolled out in Queensland in 2017.

  5. Speak to a real person – when you call us you will get to speak with a real-life Plan Manager. If you call out of hours or all of our Plan Managers are busy, you will get a prompt call back.

  6. Support Coordination – our Plan Managers work alongside our Support Coordination team so that means if you are looking for both services we can help streamline this. Every one of our Support Coordinators has a degree in a disability relevant field and they know the Brisbane disability sector and the NDIS like the back of their hand!

  7. We genuinely care – We’re more than just a transactional provider. We will proactively support you and provide innovative approaches to help you get the most from your funding. We want the NDIS to work for you so that you can live your life the way you choose.

  8. Pay your invoices on time – it sounds like a basic requirement but too often this doesn’t happen. We will pay your invoices on time so that you don’t need to worry.
